Ultra light, crystal clear Polycarbonate Cellular Memory frames
support AVENGER LIGHT products. Polycarbonate is both 50% stronger and
25% lighter than other honeycomb frame materials.
Pathfinder's exclusive "DURAMAX" Ballistic Nylon yarns woven into a
densely constructed fabric. Then the Duramax fabric is back-coated with
a permanent urethane rubber water barrier then treated for stain &
water repellency.
We use the world's best zipper brand: YKK. We also use our own
UNBREAKABLE steel & plastic zipper pulls. Our pulls are 75% lighter
than conventional zipper pulls yet 20x stronger!
Molded external components are made of ultra-high impact
Polypropylene resin. Wheels are made with Polyurethane tires molded
over rigid nylon hubs.
Aircraft quality T6 aluminum tubes bear the load. Telescoping
handle is engineered for zero-maintenance over a lifetime of heavy use.
All major seams are tripple stitched. Heavy duty nylon webbing
installed with reinforced "BOX-X" stitching. Plastic over-molding on
heavy-duty die-cast metal hardware parts ends wear of metal.
Expandability is built in to all 22" and larger wheeled trolleys.
All pieces are fully lined with light weight, easy to pack & clean, light grey polyester fabric.
All styles are reinforced for durability in heavy wear zones.
